-We do not control influence or are aware of how our users are storing their data on SQS and or what they are storing. If you think your data have been stored by one of our users, and wish to be deleted or wish for your data to be modified, please contact this individual/organization directly. We are not responsible for the privacy or data security practices of our Clients, which may be different from those set forth in this Privacy Policy, we process such personal data as in the role of a processor or service provider on behalf of the client. Not as owner or responsible party.
Information we collect:
–Account Signup data: We collect such information’s as first and last name, company name, job title, phone number, email address and information’s as such provided willingly by the client upon sign up. We may collect other information manually or automatically such as country of residence, time zone and language.
–Payment processing: When you buy something from us or start a free trial or subscribe to our platform we may collect your contact information and credit card information or other payment data. When you submit your card data we use our payment collector provider to process your data, and we don’t know and cant know, store or otherwise keep or acquire your full credit card data. We may store or collect your card’s expiry date, card holder name, and last 4 digits for identification. We may collect your full card data if you explicitly agree to it for easy payment processing in the future.
–Testimonials: When you authorize us to post testimonials about our products and services on websites, we may include your name and your company name and or other information. You will be given an opportunity to review and approve the testimonial before we post it. If you wish to update or delete your testimonial, you can contact us at support@salesquotasetter.com
–Interactions with SQS: We may record, analyse and use your interactions with us, including email, telephone, and chat conversations with our sales and customer support professionals, for improving our interactions with you and other customers and or to use in promotional materials, such as when you provide positive “Feedback”.

We may track your activity on the website. Such as what pages you visit, where your mouse is moving or clicking on, how much time you spend on each page. This is so we can understand our audience’s behaviour and improve our site to better fit their needs.

Who will access your data:

Otherwise SQS and employees / contractors of SQS will be able to access limited data such as your account in case of bug solving, your contact data in case of marketing and sales activities.
Other users within your account might be able to see your data, depending on the settings set up by an administrator or account owner.
We may disclose your personal data with law enforcement if there is probable cause for it and it falls under lawful obligation to do so by our part.
Minors and Children:
We do not knowingly and intentionally collect data of minors. If you are under 18 years of age, please do not provide us with any of your personal information, and we ask you to not sign up with us for our services.
If you are a parent or a legal guardian of a minor who you suspect provided his or her data to us, please contact us immediately on support@salesquotasetter.com and we will delete all data of said minor immediately and permanently.
Minors are only able to use our services if legal guardian or parent have explicitly given his/her consent to this to us in a written manner.
Data Retention:
We will retain your personal contact data as long as it is not withdrawn by you or explicitly stated for us not to. This is not applicable if you are under a subscription with us or if we have reason to keep your data for further services or legal purposes.
Data Modification – you have the right to require corrections to your Personal Data in case they are inaccurate or incomplete.
Data Access – you have the right to know which data we hold about you (if any).
Data deletion – you have the right under certain conditions to request the deletion of your Personal Data including in situations where the processing of your Personal Data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, or if the processing of your Personal Data was based on your consent and you wish to withdraw your consent, and there are no other grounds for processing your Personal Data.
